Mission & Values
Welcome to Bethlehem Co-op Market, your community-owned cooperative grocery store in the Lehigh Valley. More than just an average grocery store, we are dedicated to fostering a healthier, stronger, and more inclusive community through the power of good food.
Our Mission
At Bethlehem Co-op Market, our mission is to bring a fresh perspective to grocery shopping. We aim to enhance the physical, social, and economic well-being of our diverse community by providing as much access as we can to nutritious, affordable, and locally sourced food, promoting community ownership and environmental stewardship.
But we're more than just a grocery store. We're not just filling carts—we're filling hearts. Our market is a hub for education, outreach, and empowerment, committed to sustainability and inclusivity.
We live our mission every day through our commitment to provide the community with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
