Cooking Steps

  • 1
Prepare your favorite chocolate cake recipe or box mix. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
  • 2
Combine Ricotta Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla. Mix well.
  • 3

Spoon the ricotta mixture in small dollops of LOVE all over your cake until used up. Smaller dollops give a more marbled effect, while large dollops will give it a less marbled effect.

  • 4

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cheese will sink to the bottom, chocolate cake on top. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

  • 5
Mix pudding mix with 1 cup cold milk. Fold into the cool whip. Use this to frost the top of the cake. Keep the cake refrigerated.
